What’s the best way to choose my coffee?

Choosing the right coffee depends on how you enjoy your brew. Do you prefer it bold and intense, smooth and mellow, or somewhere in between? Think about whether you usually add milk, prefer it black, or enjoy espresso-based drinks. We offer a wide selection of speciality coffees to suit every taste and brewing style, so you're sure to find one that fits your daily routine perfectly.

How fresh is your coffee?

Freshness is key to a great cup of coffee. That’s why we roast all our beans in small batches, regularly and in-house, to ensure they’re at their best when they arrive at your door. You’ll be able to enjoy all the flavour, aroma and richness that freshly roasted coffee has to offer just as it should be.

What’s speciality coffee?

Speciality coffee refers to the highest grade of coffee available. It scores over 80 points on the SCA (Speciality Coffee Association) scale and comes from carefully selected farms with a strong focus on quality, traceability and sustainability. Every bean is cultivated, harvested and processed with care, resulting in unique flavour profiles that reflect their origin.

How should I store my coffee?

To keep your coffee at its freshest, store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, moisture and heat. We recommend using our airtight container to preserve the aroma and flavour for as long as possible. Avoid storing coffee in the fridge or freezer, as this can introduce unwanted moisture.

My order hasn’t arrived yet. Should I be worried?

Not at all. While we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible, there can occasionally be delays due to courier services or busy periods. Rest assured, your coffee is on its way and should arrive shortly. If a few extra days have passed and you're still waiting, feel free to get in touch via our Contact Us page we’ll be happy to help.

I made a mistake when entering my delivery details. What should I do?

Mistakes happen, so there’s no need to worry. If you realise you've entered incorrect delivery information, please go to our Contact Us section and send us a message with the correct details.
